Instructions for Returning the Core:
1. Do not disassemble the core.
2. Completely drain the core.
3. Place core in original shipping tote and include all hardware with core return.
4. Once core is ready for pick-up, visit https://www.zumbrotadrivetrain.com/core-return and fill out the Core Return form. If an e-mail address is provided, a confirmation will be received once form is submitted.
5. For all residential core pick-ups, you will be contacted to arrange an estimated day and time for pick-up. A Bill of Lading will be provided and will need to be presented to the driver upon arrival.
6. For all commercial core pick-ups, the soonest pick-up will be scheduled and no contact is made to the customer.
